Friends and Family will have a chance to Vote for their Favorite Queen between

December 20-31, 2025 until 11:59PM est. at $1 per Vote
The Miss Black South Carolina USA Photo Contestant winners will advance to to the National Miss Black USA Pageant Tentative July 28 - August 2, 2026 in Washington D.C. Depending on the outcome of the number of total votes, winners may be able to have a portion of the voting revenue go towards their national contestant fees.

  1. Natural Born Female

  2. Attends High School, College/University, Employed or Resides in the State of South Carolina.

  3. Of African Descent (Black and/or African American)

  4. Will compete in the 2026 National Miss Black USA Pageant, set for July/August 2026, in Washington DC, if crowned a South Carolina titleholder.

  5. Must determine a social advocacy platform.

  6. Must attend required engagements or events that pertain to preparation for the state pageant.

  7. Must be ready, willing, and able to meet the time commitments & responsibilities of the reign (from crowning as a South Carolina queen in 2025 until crowning of successor for 2026).

  8. Must pay the required fees by the specified deadlines to maintain eligibility to compete in the state pageant, or risk incurring a late fee.

  9. Must submit all required paperwork and deliverables by the specified deadlines or risk incurring late fees or being disqualified from competition.

  10. Must have outstanding sportsmanship.

  11. Has never posed nude in film or print.

  12. MS. DIVISION ONLY, may be married, single, or divorced, with or without children,

  13. TEEN & MISS Divisions cannot be pregnant and have never given birth.

  14. ALL ELIGIBLE CONTESTANTS, must not be currently pregnant or become pregnant during their reign.

2026 Miss Black South Carolina USA State Title Photo Contest

Greetings! A. Van Dyke Productions is pleased to announce that we are hosting a photo contest to crown the 2026 Miss Black South Carolina USA Talented Teen, 2026 Miss Black South Carolina USA, and 2026 Ms. Black USA South Carolina USA state titles to advance straight to the 2026 National Miss Black USA Pageant in Washington, D.C.! Thank you for your interest in representing South Carolina. Please complete this form and pay the corresponding application fee to confirm your registration. After we've received your application, someone will reach out to you to do a brief video interview to get to know you a little more. A decision will be made 3-5 business days after your video interview to either confirm or deny your acceptance as a 2026 state finalist for South Carolina. If you are accepted as a 2026 state finalist for South Carolina, you will receive the next steps to make sure you are ready to accept votes via email. If you are to win, your $50 application fee, will be applied to your remaining contestant entry fee to nationals. Winners will also receive a follow up email with instructions on how to complete their state titleholder registration.

Please understand that the application fee and all additional fees paid to The Miss Black South Carolina USA Pageant/A. Van Dyke Productions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Application Fee

The $50 application fee will go towards your national contestant entry fee, if you are selected to represent South Carolina at nationals. The $50 application fee is due when the online application is submitted to be considered as a contestant.
