Thank you for your interest in being a contestant. Please complete this form to secure your spot on the stage. Then pay the corresponding contestant deposit to confirm your registration.

Please understand that the contestant deposit and all additional fees paid to The Little Miss Black Georgia & South Carolina Pageant/The Miss Black Georgia USA Pageant/A. Van Dyke Productions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
